How to measure
1. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.
2. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing straight with your feet together.
3. Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder down to the hemline for full shirt length.
4. Foot Width
Measure across the hem opening (bottom edge of the t-shirt) from one side to the other when laid flat.
5. Height & Weight
Use your height and weight as a general guide to choose the most suitable size.
