2. PLACING AN ORDER
2.1 How to order
Orders can be placed via our website. Once you’ve selected your items, proceed to checkout and enter your details. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
2.2 Order confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. A contract is only formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
2.3 Who can order
You must be 18 or over to place an order or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
3.1 If we cannot fulfil your order
If an item is out of stock or there is an issue with your payment or delivery address, we’ll notify you and cancel the order. You won’t be charged.
3.2 Unusual or suspicious activity
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be for resale or misuse. Please contact us if you believe this was done in error.
3.3 Product supply suspension
We may temporarily suspend the supply of a product for updates, legal changes, or technical reasons. We’ll inform you if this affects your order.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
4.1 What we sell
We offer gym clothing and lifestyle wear for personal use.
4.2 Images and descriptions
We aim to display all products and colours accurately. However, screen settings may affect how colours appear.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only using DPD.
5.2 Delivery charges
Shipping costs will be shown during checkout and vary based on location and delivery method.
5.3 Delays
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays), we’ll inform you. You may cancel if the delay is significant.
5.4 If you’re not home
If no one is available to receive your parcel, DPD will leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection.
6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
6.1 If the product is faulty or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, you have 14 days to return it for a refund or exchange.
6.2 Changing your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
6.3 Non-returnable items include:
- Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items worn, used, or without original tags
- Personalised or custom items
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 How to start a return
Email us at contact@gymratbrothers.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
7.2 Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
7.3 Refund timing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, to your original payment method.
8. OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
We may cancel your order if:
- You do not provide a valid delivery address
- You do not accept delivery after reasonable attempts
In such cases, we will issue a full refund for undelivered items.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
9.1 Prices
All prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). Prices may change, but the price at the time of order remains fixed for that purchase.

9.4 Incorrect pricing
If a price is obviously incorrect and you could reasonably have known it was a mistake, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
10. DISCOUNT CODES
10.1 Use of discount codes
Only one code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
10.2 Returns with a code
Refunds will be processed based on the discounted amount paid. If a code required a minimum spend and your return brings your total below that threshold, the offer value may be deducted.
11. LIABILITY
11.1 What we are responsible for
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms or through negligence.
11.2 We are not responsible for
- Any business-related loss
- Delays or issues caused by factors outside our control
